AdventHealth Orlando is seeking an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner-Infusion Senior Manager (ARNP-SrM) to provide direct management and strategic direction to the ARNP/PA Infusion staff. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive outpatient oncology care, advancing staff growth, and improving quality and fiscal outcomes within the infusion program.

The ARNP-SrM reports to the Ambulatory Infusion Director and oversees prescriptive authority in Florida under a supervising physician

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree required or equivalent.

The ARNP-SrM reports to the Ambulatory Infusion Director and supports the clinical operations of the Infusion program with primary focus on clinical services. The ARNP-SrM has prescriptive authority in the State of Florida under a practice agreement with a supervising physician. The ARNP-SrM actively participates in outstanding customer service,including service to patients, families, physicians, and other contacts, and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Schedule: Mon - Fri 40 hours per week 8am to 4pm

Human Resource Management - Monitors performance of the ARNP/PA Infusion staff and takes action for improvement as appropriate.

Financial Management - Understands health care economics, public policy, and finance as it pertains to the delivery of patient care.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and/or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), or Basic Life Support (BLS), as required by area of practice
• Creativity and has the knowledge to manage resources to achieve quality performance, positive employee relations, and compliance with hospital guidelines
