Job summary

Baptist Health in South Florida is seeking an experienced ARNP to deliver direct patient care in collaboration with physicians across a busy hospital setting. The role requires a strong clinical background, credentialing, and the ability to manage complex cases with evidence-based practice.

The ARNP will assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with care teams, with emphasis on high-quality outcomes and compassionate, patient-centered care in a faith‑based, not-for-profit system.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) preferred.
• 5 years acute care nursing experience required.
• Oncology RN or ARNP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in collaboration with physicians to a selected group of patients.
• ARNP is an advanced practice nurse, clinically expert in patient care, who can provide high-quality care following established protocols.
• ARNP performs patient assessments, develops plans of care, and coordinates care with staff and physicians.
