Job summary
AdventHealth in Clyde, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager for infusion services to lead and mentor staff across shifts. Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills of leadership, conflict resolution, and tactful interactions.
- Organizational skills for role multi-tasking and oversight of multiple disciplines and positions.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Additional languages preferred.
Responsibilities
- Promotes cross-training and back-up capabilities among office and infusion staff.
- Provides management support for clinical staff, with a working knowledge of their responsibilities and expectations.
- Maintains an active pool of prn nurses for staffing assistance.
- Promotes evidence-based, best-practice care, collaborating with staff, physicians, and hospital personnel.
- Participates in community and hospital meetings and quality programs.
