Johnson & Johnson is recruiting an Executive Oncology Area Business Specialist, Hematology to support clients in New England, East Region. The role focuses on optimizing hematology operational strategy and educating accounts on clinical, economic, and operational considerations.

This position requires extensive travel (up to 60%) and residence in the geography or relocation. The base pay range is $111,000.00 to $178,250.00 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A valid driver's license issued in one of the fifty United States.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Reside in the geography and/or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with J&J Oncology field teams to build relationships with key stakeholders in community accounts.
• Educate and train account staff on product usage and patient care protocols with approved resources.
• Act as SME on economic value assessment and cost of care considerations.
• Provide overview of patient affordability programs to account staff.
• Partner with OS and OCE teams to train accounts for safe and efficient product delivery and dosing.
• Collaborate with commercial field teams on payer landscape, economics and reimbursement at population level.
