Johnson & Johnson is recruiting an Executive Oncology Area Business Specialist, Hematology to support New England client accounts across Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.

The role focuses on optimizing hematology operational strategy, educating accounts on clinical, economic, and operational considerations, and partnering with field teams to ensure safe and effective product use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 60% across New England geography.
• Residence in geography or willingness to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with J&J Oncology field teams to build relationships with community accounts.
• Articulate value proposition to customers and coordinate resources.
• Educate account staff on clinical, economic and operational considerations for product use and patient care.
• Provide SME input on economic value assessments and cost of care considerations.
• Inform accounts about patient affordability programs and reimbursement landscape.
• Partner with OS and OCE teams to train staff on product delivery and dosing guidelines.
• Support payer landscape education and population-level reimbursement strategies.
