Qualifications

• BA/BS with 10 years in life science programs or consulting, equity research.
• MS/MBA with 8+ years of experience in oncology strategy and portfolio planning.
• PhD or MD with 5+ years in oncology strategy or R&D leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Oncology R&D portfolio strategy; set priorities across assets and platforms.
• Advise executive leadership with disciplined, data-driven recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across clinical development, discovery, and BD.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable strategic guidance.
• Communicate strategy effectively to diverse internal and external audiences.
