Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) to lead site management, monitoring, and close-out of investigator sites for clinical trials.

Responsibilities include ensuring patient safety, quality study execution, and adherence to GCP, with close collaboration with the Site Care Partner and study team. The role requires strong monitoring expertise, oncology experience preferred, fluency in English, and willingness to travel 60–80% globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of site monitoring in clinical research
• Oncology therapeutic area experience preferred
• Global trials experience desirable
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Fluent in English and local language where assigned

Responsibilities

• Oversee site monitoring and trial conduct per SMP, ensuring timelines and quality
• Manage activation through database lock for assigned sites
• Serve as primary point of contact for investigator sites and coordinate with SCP
• Coordinate information flow between study team, vendors and sites
• Provide site development and training to staff to ensure protocol compliance and patient safety
• Attend investigator meetings and support site activation and recruitment as needed
