Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to oversee site management, monitoring, and close-out of investigator sites to ensure patient safety and high-quality study execution in compliance with GCP and SMP.

The CRA will manage site activation through database lock, act as primary contact for sites, and coordinate with the Site Care Partner and study team while traveling 60-80% as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of site monitoring experience in clinical research.
• Must be fluent in English and local country language.
• Willingness to travel 60-80%.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper conduct of clinical trials in line with SMP, GCP, and sponsor standards to achieve goals and quality.
• Manage assigned operational aspects from site activation through to database lock with timelines and quality deliverables.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned investigator sites and coordinate with Site Care Partner.
• Interface with the study team, vendors, and investigator sites to ensure information flow.
• Provide training to site personnel and address protocol-related questions.
• Attend investigator meetings and support recruitment initiatives at site level.
• Conduct onsite and remote/electronic monitoring in line with SMP and SOPs.
• Monitor adverse events and coordinate with Drug Safety Unit.
• Submit required reports and TMF documentation within timeframes.
• Identify and resolve investigator site issues and develop CAPAs.
