Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) to oversee site monitoring, management and close-out for assigned investigator sites in the U.S.

You will ensure patient safety and data integrity in line with GCP and sponsor standards, collaborating with the SCP and study team to drive quality delivery and adherence to timelines. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of site monitoring experience, with oncology exposure and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of site monitoring experience in clinical research.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Fluent English and local language Proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring and study conduct per SMP and GCP.
• Manage activation through database lock with timelines and quality.
• Serve as primary contact for investigator sites and coordinate with SCP.
• Coordinate with study team, vendors and sites for information flow.
• Coach and train site personnel to ensure protocol compliance and patient safety.
• Prepare site documentation and close-out activities within required timelines.
