Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to manage investigator sites, monitor trial conduct, and ensure patient safety across assigned studies. You will partner with the Site Care Partner and other study team members to safeguard data quality and regulatory compliance.

The Sr. CRA will lead site activation, monitoring, and close-out activities, including training site staff, managing issues, and ensuring timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years monitoring experience in clinical research sites.
• Prefer 2 years in Oncology.
• Global clinical trial experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodologies, ICH/GCP, FDA regulations.
• Must be fluent in English and local language(s).
• Travel 60-80% within area is required.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring and study conduct to achieve goals, timelines and quality.
• Act as primary contact for assigned investigator sites and coordinate with SCP.
• Interface with study team, vendors and sites to facilitate information flow.
• Coach and train site personnel to ensure protocol adherence and patient safety.
• Support site activation, recruitment initiatives and database release as needed.
• Perform onsite or remote/electronic monitoring and close-out activities as required.
