Immatics is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to oversee site management and monitoring for oncology trials. The role emphasizes ICH-GCP compliance, FDA/EMA regulations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality study execution and patient recruitment.

The position is fully remote in the US, with up to 75% travel, reporting to the Associate Director, Team Lead Site Operations. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in life sciences, nursing, or related field.
• 4+ years of on-site monitoring experience in pharma/biotech.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA regulations.
• Experience in monitoring sites, visits, and trial documentation.
• Proficiency with CTMS, eTMF, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all clinical monitoring activities: site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, close-out visits.
• Support site feasibility, site selection, and ongoing site management across trials.
• Review progress, recruitment, and data quality metrics; implement actions to meet study objectives.
• Maintain monitoring documentation: trip reports and trial master file records.
• Collaborate with vendors, sites, and cross-functional teams for study execution and compliance.
• Mentor junior CRA team members and contribute to process improvements.
