Job summary

Mount Sinai is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to lead the implementation and conduct of oncology clinical trials across the Cancer Institute. The role focuses on expert cancer knowledge, patient caseload management, and integration of research into ambulatory care.

The CPM will move across Mount Sinai West and Mount Sinai Chelsea, coordinating enrollment, assessments, and consent while ensuring high-quality documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with active New York State license.
• Experience coordinating cancer clinical trials and research studies.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrollment, data collection, and follow-up for trial participants.
• Ensure protocol adherence and accurate source data; prepare inspection-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians to identify eligible patients and manage assessments.
• Oversee scheduling, consent processes, and integration of research into clinical care.
• Monitor, triage, and manage adverse events per protocol guidelines.
• Lead education and mentoring for nursing staff on protocol requirements.
