Job summary

This role involves staff guidance and budget oversight across study sites in a high‑volume research environment.

You will lead enrollment efforts, liaise with pharmaceutical sponsors, and provide status updates and recommendations to stakeholders while mentoring team members and ensuring study integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, and Public Health or related field is required; Masters preferred.
• 6+ years of experience managing clinical trials, including 2 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical trial studies to ensure adherence to protocols.
• Plan schedules, assign tasks, and allocate staff and equipment.
• Oversee subject enrollment and document regulatory records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and GCP standards.
• Act as primary liaison for trials with pharmaceutical companies; report status and enrollment trends.
• Monitor budgets and reimbursements for trials.
• Develop SOPs and train staff on procedures.
• Manage sites and recruitment of subjects.
• Handle hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and staff development.
• Perform other related duties.
