Job summary

Kestra Holdings seeks a Sr. Onboarding Operations Specialist to support new advisor firms transitioning into the Kestra Financial ecosystem. The role blends 65% travel for hands-on onboarding and 35% back-office processing, focusing on accurate account setup and process improvements across teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in financial services or onboarding, strong communication, and exceptional organization. A high school diploma is required; college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in financial services or client onboarding.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Travel to advisor offices to deliver onboarding training and support (≈65%).
• Act as primary onboarding contact, answering operational and account setup questions.
• Lead training sessions on Advisor Complete and onboarding workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Process new accounts, transfers, and direct rollovers (≈35%).
• Review paperwork for accuracy; maintain client records in Laserfiche.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Cashiering to ensure smooth processing.
