This hybrid role combines travel to advisor offices with back-office processing, ensuring high-touch onboarding and accurate account setup. You will train advisors on Advisor Complete, assist with onboarding workflows, and collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Compliance to optimize processes while maintaining meticulous records in Laserfiche and related

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services or client onboarding roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Travel to advisor offices to deliver hands-on onboarding training and support.
• Serve as primary onboarding contact, addressing operational and account setup questions.
• Lead training sessions on Advisor Complete and onboarding workflows.
