Job summary

Clio, a leading legal tech company, seeks an onboarding specialist to drive value across the customer lifecycle. You will run daily live strategy and training sessions, using Zoom, Salesforce, and internal tools to set customers up for long-term success and high satisfaction.

Join a hyper-focused Customer Enablement team delivering exceptional onboarding and experience, owning multiple client cases, and collaborating with Sales and Enablement to accelerate product adoption in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong live session facilitation and coaching skills.
Experience with Zoom and SaaS tools (Salesforce etc.)

Responsibilities

Conduct daily live strategy and training sessions using Zoom and internal tools.
Identify first value indicators and drive toward customer success.
Own the customer lifecycle window and ensure smooth post-ownership handoff.
Collaborate with Sales and Enablement to accelerate product adoption.
Manage multiple client cases with defined tasks and deadlines.
Monitor account health and mitigate churn risk.
Contribute to customer-facing knowledge base and best practices.
