Sprout Social is seeking a Senior Onboarding Consultant to join the Professional Services team, based in North America.

What you'll do
What you'll bring
We're looking for a motivated, tech-savvy individual with at least 3 years of experience in onboarding, account management, or client relations in tech. Experience in delivering product training via web conferences and knowledge of social media platforms are essential. Project management skills are also required.
Preferred qualifications include the ability to align customer goals with our solutions, understanding advanced social media strategies, and strong organizational and communication skills. Mentoring experience is a plus.
How you'll grow
Initial months focus on training and certification, progressing to managing a customer portfolio, impacting product adoption, and expanding your influence within the company.
