Responsibilities

• Keep documentation accurate, current, and complete; respond promptly to requests.
• Support clients through KYC/onboarding and account opening, handling moderately complex issues with potential impact.
• Demonstrate industry expertise, break down information logically, and influence decisions through guidance and facilitation.
• Assess and escalate risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and safeguarding Citi's reputation.
