Responsibilities

• Applies specialized knowledge related to onboarding to monitor, assess, and evaluate processes and data.
• Partners with sales teams and liaises with KYC, Account Opening and product partners to fulfill client requests with strong communication.
• Ensures all documentation is current, accurate, and complete.
• Supports clients navigating KYC/onboarding and account opening processes while evaluating moderately complex issues.
• Demonstrates subject matter expertise and can influence decisions through guidance and facilitation.
• Assesses and escalates risk to safeguard Citi's reputation and assets by ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
