Job summary

Daybright Financial is seeking an OnBase WorkView Developer to join its Private Segment. You will support, administer, and modernize enterprise content management platforms, with a focus on OnBase administration, upgrades, and CIC/IDP adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise Hyland OnBase administration, development, and support experience OR Hyland OnBase System Administration certification with demonstrated enterprise administration experience.
• Experience using OnBase through Configuration, Studio, Unity Client, Web Client, and related tools.
• Experience leading or contributing to OnBase upgrades, environment validation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Experience with OnBase workflows, WorkView applications, forms, document management, or related components.
• Experience with OnBase modules and services such as DIP, DRIP, AFKS, MIKS, Unity Timer, Hyland Mailbox Importer, Hyland Sweep Service, DocPop, App Enabler, or similar tools.
• Intermediate SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, C#, APIs, or related tools.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and access control concepts.

Responsibilities

• Platform administration, configuration, monitoring, and support of Hyland OnBase environments; maintain health, performance, and integrations.
• Support OnBase upgrades, patching, testing, change management, and deployment across environments.
• Ensure operational continuity and resiliency; coordinate with Hyland and partners to resolve issues and plan upgrades.
• Monitor platform performance, services, and health; address performance, stability, and scalability concerns.
• Contribute to ECM platform architecture, governance, and roadmaps; support CIC and IDP adoption.
• Design, configure, and support OnBase workflows, WorkView applications, and form automation.
• Configure and troubleshoot OnBase integrations, automation, scripts, APIs, and databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ECM/automation solutions.
• Document configurations, runbooks, troubleshooting techniques, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Provide technical leadership and cross-training within the ECM team.
