Job summary

SOMERSET STAFFING seeks an experienced OnBase Developer to lead migration from a legacy Hyland OnBase platform to OpenText, Camunda, and SharePoint. You will perform discovery, architecture analysis, and ETL design to ensure zero data loss while coordinating with architects and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on OnBase development and configuration.
• Experience migrating from OnBase to modern ECM platforms.
• Strong SQL Server/Oracle and ETL scripting skills.
• C# / .NET development for OnBase content extraction.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, OpenText, or Camunda platforms.
• Data integrity, audit tracking, and hash verification expertise.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery on legacy OnBase environment and map metadata.
• Design end-to-end ETL pipelines for migration with zero data loss.
• Develop scripts and OnBase Unity API extensions to extract content.
• Resolve data discrepancies and corrupted files during migration.
• Translate OnBase workflows into Camunda BPMN models.
• Document configurations, mappings, and decommissioning procedures.
