Job summary

Danis Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Superintendent to lead healthcare construction projects in Jacksonville.

You will manage field teams, coordinate with healthcare clients, and ensure projects meet design, budget, and schedule goals while upholding safety standards. This hands-on leadership position requires proactive planning, effective communication, and the ability to drive project delivery in complex medical facilities, from hospitals to clinics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in CM construction with healthcare projects.
• Experience leading new, renovation and upfit healthcare facilities.
• Familiar with Florida AHCA guidelines and permitting.
• Experience with self-perform work including structural and trades.
• Strong decision-making in complex healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution ensuring design, budget, schedule, safety and quality.
• Plan and supervise craft activities, manpower, materials, and hours.
• Lead project meetings and mentor field engineers.
• Manage schedules and coordinate with healthcare clients and contractors.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance on site.
