Job summary

ITW Food Equipment Group LLC is seeking a Service/Repair Technician 3 to provide on-site support for Hobart Service customers. The role involves installation, service and preventative maintenance of commercial food equipment across shifts, including on-call and holidays.

You will diagnose issues using schematics and operate within safety and regulatory guidelines. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED with 4–7 years of service experience (HVACR preferred), and relevant

Qualifications

Meets required high school or GED and several years in food equipment service or HVACR fields.
Industry certifications (CFESA/NATE/Hobart) and EPA certification are highly desirable.
Ability to read schematics and service manuals and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair commercial food equipment on-site, including follow-up maintenance.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, gas, or refrigeration issues and repair to spec.
Interpret schematics and sequence of operations for multiple modes.
Maintain inventory, tools, and company assets; follow safety and on-site policies.
Provide quality customer experience and support new product introductions.
Work on-call, after-hours, holiday, and weekend shifts as required.
