Job summary

CannonDesign in Rochester, Minnesota, seeks an experienced Project Administrator to support senior leadership on large-scale projects with on-site presence required.

You will coordinate updates, draft memos and presentations, and manage project records, budgets, and schedules using Deltek Vision Project/Resource Planning, MS Project, Procore, and Newforma. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field is required; a Bachelor’s degree with some legal/admin background preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in related roles.
• Experience in the architecture/engineering/interior design industry is preferred.
• Experience working with executives, senior level teams, and client interfaces is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal and external project communications and documents.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams for updates and weekly status emails.
• Create project team memos, presentations and reports.
• Take and transcribe meeting notes.
• Support leaders in reviewing project/program performance.
• Help develop efficient processes while maintaining critical workflows.
• Monitor and report project budgets and financials.
