Job summary

The position requires travel and is not remote.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience providing professional-level customer service in a fast-paced, consumer-centric environment.
• Knowledge of Medicaid policies, procedures, and arena.
• Ability to perform effectively in stressful situations and utilize problem-solving techniques.
• Proficiency with computer programs such as Excel, Outlook, and Word with strong typing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and provide training.
