Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct on-site New Provider Enrollment Reviews.
• Validate re-enrollment reviews to ensure Medicaid enrollment compliance.
• Coordinate with providers and staff to resolve enrollment issues.
• Document activities in the complaint module per protocols.
• Represent the Agency in partnerships, boards, and community groups.
