Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Interact with OSS stakeholders and clients on timely issue resolution and operational improvements.
• Work with regional and global teams to establish and review property management functions and cost-effective strategies.
• Evaluate and communicate risks affecting facility operations and mitigate business interruption risk.
• Manage onsite vendor(s) ensuring compliance with firm policies.
• Analyze contracts to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Develop and manage annual operations and capital budgets for facilities.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Development for standards in design and FF&E assets.
• Represent Facilities in FF&E requirements for new construction and expansion.
• Monitor KPIs to track operational performance and implement corrective actions.
