Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking an Associate/VP for Property Management and Workplace Experience in New York. The role oversees day-to-day real estate operations across the Americas, driving service delivery, cost efficiency, and long-term value.

You will partner with On-Site Solutions, ESG, and planning teams to optimize workplace productivity. The position requires a strong owner mindset, financial discipline, and experience in managing large facilities teams, contracts, and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant Property Management or Hospitality experience in facilities operations or large-scale hotel operations.
• 5+ years managing and developing a team.
• Strong vendor management and client engagement skills.
• Innovative mindset focused on improving the workplace experience.
• Ability to write reports, develop presentations, and communicate concepts to management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders at multiple levels within the organization.
• Interact with OSS stakeholders and clients on timely issue resolution and operational improvements.
• Work with regional and global teams to establish and review property management functions and implement cost effective strategies.
• Assess risks to facility operations and ensure resources and processes mitigate business interruption.
• Manage onsite vendors and ensure work aligns with firm policies.
• Analyze contract provisions to ensure alignment with service level agreements and budgets.
• Develop and manage annual operations and capital budgets for facilities.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Development to set property management design standards.
• Represent Facilities for FF&E requirements on new construction and expansion projects.
• Support real estate planning, design, and capital project execution.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
