Job summary

Consolidated Contracting Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced on-site Superintendent for assigned commercial construction projects in Southern California. Reporting to the Project Leader, you will lead daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors and personnel, and ensure work meets plans, codes, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least four years of related commercial construction experience.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Procore or similar construction management software proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for daily jobsite operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant project site and ensure safety compliance.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate master project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, approvals, and site activities.
• Review plans and contracts to identify conflicts or constructability concerns.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, project records, and field documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and the project team.
