Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead large-scale projects from feasibility to completion.

You will develop strategies, plans, budgets, and assemble project teams, while scheduling, coordinating, and supervising trades across civil, structural, electrical disciplines. The role requires 8+ years supervisory experience on commercial or industrial projects, budgets of at least $15M, and a US driver's license with willingness to travel 70%+.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent, and eight (8) + years supervisory experience in similar facility construction technology, commercial or industrial projects.
• Must have experience working on Commercial or Industrial projects with budgets of at least $15M.
• A valid driver's license in the US; willingness and ability to travel; travel is estimated at 70+%.
• Ideally, you'll also have: Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience supervising, motivating and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise construction activities, including determining methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules. Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate work with different crafts, departments, or contractors. Resolve construction problems and maintain communication with unions.
• Monitor compliance with safety programs and document corrective measures. Ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support project schedules.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and vendors, to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
• Track project progress through metrics and reporting, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements or challenges.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and compliance regulations.
