Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities across residential, commercial or industrial projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and cost control while directing daily operations and coordinating subcontractors and trades.

In this role you will review plans, manage schedules with MS Project/Primavera P6, and enforce OSHA-compliant safety standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as Construction Superintendent on mid- to large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, framing, formwork and trades.
• Proficient in scheduling and planning tools; capable of budget management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise on-site construction activities to align with plans and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and craft labor to meet schedule milestones.
• Enforce site safety policies and OSHA procedures; lead safety meetings and inspections.
• Develop and monitor project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6; update stakeholders.
• Interpret blueprints and shop drawings to guide field execution and resolve issues.
• Manage material procurement, logistics and deliveries to ensure timely availability.
• Prepare, review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders and closeout docs.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks; document non-conforming work and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with PM and estimating teams on budgeting and cost control.
