Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience managing construction or capital projects with proven success delivering on time and on budget.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, higher education, museum/cultural institutions, nonprofits, or multi-entity structures is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead all aspects of assigned construction projects from planning to closeout, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Translate client goals into actionable project plans and drive execution from design through completion.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and execution plans to stay within scope and budget.
• Oversee pre-construction activities including programming, feasibility analysis, and cost estimating.
• Monitor project progress and communicate risks and issues to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment across all phases.
