Qualifications

• Four-year construction/engineering degree required.
• Minimum eight years' experience in construction, design, finance and management.
• Proficiency in RAC software and Office tools including P6, JDE, Procore, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Reviews owner contract and ensures compliance.
• Manages master project schedule and site-specific Quality Control Program.
• Leads project planning meetings and manages project budget.
• Ensures safety is integrated into planning and execution.
