Job summary

Roy Anderson Corp., a Tutor Perini company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the on-site management of our Oxford, MS construction project. You will serve as the principal representative for administrative and technical matters, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.

The ideal candidate holds a four-year Construction/Engineering degree with at least eight years of experience, and demonstrates strong leadership, scheduling and subcontractor coordination skills to deliver projects on

Qualifications

• Four-year Construction/Engineering Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of eight years' experience in construction, design, finance and management.
• Proficiency with P6 CPM Schedule, JDE, Procore, MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage master project schedule and look-ahead planning.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, procurement and submittals.
• Coordinate with owners, A/Es, suppliers and subcontractors to resolve constructability issues.
• Ensure project stays on schedule and within budget while safety and quality are prioritized.
• Lead regular project planning meetings and prepare monthly owner requisitions.
