Job summary

Roy Anderson Corp., a Tutor Perini company, seeks a Project Manager for an Oxford, MS site. The role leads administrative and technical management, coordinating contract administration, submittals, procurement and scheduling to deliver on time and within budget.

The candidate will interface with owners, consultants, and subcontractors, while upholding RAC safety, quality standards and profitability. A four-year Construction/Engineering degree and 8+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Four (4) year Construction/Engineering Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in construction, design, finance and management.
• Proficiency with P6 CPM Schedule software, Procore, MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the project’s principal representative for administrative and technical management.
• Reviews owner contracts and ensures compliance; manages master project schedule.
• Oversees subcontractor involvement, change orders and buyout per policy.
• Ensures safety, quality and profitability on the project site.
