Job summary

Roy Anderson Corp. is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the principal representative for a construction project in Oxford, MS. The role involves administrative and technical management, contract administration, and coordination with owners, A/E’s, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve constructability issues.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, quality control, and safety integration while aligning with RAC policies to ensure client satisfaction and project profitability.

Qualifications

• Four-year Construction/Engineering degree or equivalent with 8+ years’ experience.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, safety and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Reviews owner contract and ensures compliance.
• Manages master project schedule and site-specific quality program.
• Forecasts budgets, manages cash flow and subcontractor changes.
• Interfaces with owners, AEs, suppliers, and subs to resolve issues.
