Job summary

CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS(CGS) is seeking an on-site Lead Construction Project Manager to oversee capital and infrastructure projects as well as technology implementations, including work supporting the federal government.

This role will lead construction programs from planning through closure, coordinating teams, vendors, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and quality requirements to deliver successful outcomes and ensure mission success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
15+ years of project management experience.
Expertise in project management, risk, budget, and scheduling.
U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

Liaise with the COR, CO, and CGS as primary interface.
Oversee complex construction and facilities programs and related technology implementations.
Lead and oversee contracted Project Managers across multiple sites.
Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across diverse locations.
Ensure program requirements and objectives are met and aligned with client goals.
Monitor budgets, resources, and cost performance; manage risks.
Prepare reports and presentations for management reviews.
