Job summary

CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS(CGS) seeks an on-site Lead Construction Project Manager to oversee capital and infrastructure projects, including technology implementations, with a focus on federal programs. You will direct multiple project managers and programs, ensuring objectives, quality, budgets, and resources are aligned for successful delivery.

In this role you will collaborate with client leadership and contractor teams, drive planning and execution across diverse locations, and implement QA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret/Top Secret/Public Trust).
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison to COR, CO, and CGS.
• Lead and oversee contracted Project Managers across multiple projects.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery across diverse locations.
• Ensure program requirements, budgets, risks, and quality objectives are met.
• Monitor performance and resource allocation; report status to clients.
