Clear Global Solutions (CGS) is seeking an on-site Lead Construction Project Manager to oversee capital and infrastructure projects, including federal government work. The role requires directing multiple project managers and coordinating with client leadership, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience.
• Expertise in project management, risk management, budget management, and project scheduling.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret/Top Secret/Public Trust).
• Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation and PIV card issuance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to the COR, CO, and CGS.
• Lead and oversee contracted Project Managers for complex construction projects and facilities programs.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across diverse locations.
• Ensure all program requirements and objectives are met.
• Monitor program performance, budgets, schedules, and resource use.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management review.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; implement QA measures.
