CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS(CGS) is seeking an on-site Lead Construction Project Manager to oversee capital, infrastructure, and technology implementation projects, including work supporting the federal government. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of project management experience.
• Expertise in project management, risk management, budget management, and scheduling.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret / Top Secret / Public Trust).
• Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation and PIV card issuance

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to the COR, CO, and CGS.
• Lead and oversee complex construction projects, rehabilitation, and facilities programs.
• Direct and manage multiple project managers across diverse locations.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and program initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, performance standards, schedules, and quality objectives.
• Monitor program budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and program documentation for management review.
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular status reports on workload, budgets, schedules, and performance
