- Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents; write routine reports and correspondence
Responsibilities
- Support execution and technical management of projects from conception to finish.
- Interface with professionals, subcontractors, and client daily for technical needs.
- Lead project documentation, budgets, schedules, and field coordination.
- Review subcontractor quotes and assist with procurement and negotiations.
- Lead on-site meetings and ensure constructability and safety compliance.
