Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead project budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with permitting agencies and stakeholders.
• Prepare construction estimates, specs, bid documents, and contracts; manage bidding and contracting for civil site projects.
• Lead daily client and staff communications; coordinate meetings with developers, contractors, and municipalities to keep projects on track.
• Review constructability, material submittals, and design-build RFIs; provide field direction with design teams.
• Oversee site testing reports and closeout with multiple municipalities across projects.
• Mentor direct reports and demonstrate leadership publicly.
