Job summary

ADP is seeking an on-site Construction Manager for Hanford, WA. You will lead large-scale DOE, DoD, and commercial projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, safety rules, and project timelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating planning, scheduling, and managing subcontractors while interacting with project managers and clients. The role requires a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and leadership, with a focus on meeting budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent industry experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification (required). PMP or construction management certifications (preferred).
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects in industrial or government settings, with a strong understanding of construction safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities for large-scale DOE, DoD, and commercial projects.
• Oversee planning, coordination, scheduling, and execution to meet design and regulatory requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel for safe, efficient operations.
• Coordinate daily work plans and resolve issues between trades to maintain progress.
• Monitor structural steel and concrete work to align with project plans and timelines.
• Ensure on-site safety and OSHA compliance through regular meetings and inspections.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to resolve changes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior superintendents and site staff.
