Job summary

Elite Construction & Development is expanding our federal and environmental project portfolio and seeks a Field Work Supervisor to lead craft personnel in the safe, compliant execution of work packages at DOE-regulated sites like Hanford.

The role oversees on-site field execution, ensures radiological and environmental controls, reads work packages, coordinates with safety and engineering, and maintains documentation, with experience in regulated environments and readiness for site access.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervising craft labor in DOE, Hanford, nuclear, industrial, or highly regulated settings.
• Understanding of Hanford work control processes, hazard analysis, and radiological work requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret work packages, engineering drawings, and technical procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and situational decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise craft personnel in performing work under approved work packages and hazard controls.
• Lead daily tailboards, pre-job briefs, and safety discussions.
• Maintain field presence during work evolutions and ensure compliance with controls.
• Complete field documentation, including sign-offs and shift logs, for audits.
