Job summary

Actalent in Orlando, FL, seeks a Superintendent of Construction to lead on-site activities, develop short- and long-term schedules, and ensure work aligns with milestones.

You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and labor, monitor quality against drawings and specs, and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.

This contract-to-hire role requires 5+ years' commercial construction experience, OSHA 30, Procore familiarity, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience with ground-up and renovation projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily and weekly work activities to ensure schedule milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, material deliveries, equipment, and labor resources.
• Monitor project quality to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and company standards.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.
