APD Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for renovations and new construction projects, across commercial and residential clients. The role emphasizes strict adherence to specifications, scheduling, inspections, quality control, and daily job site safety across multiple sites.

The candidate should have at least five years of verifiable experience, strong reading of drawings, fluency in English, and OSHA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Fluent English, ability to write routine reports.
• Must have attention to detail and on-site problem solving.
• Ability to travel to multiple job sites with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule and coordinate subcontractors, employees, and vendors to meet critical path.
• Perform quality control and ensure materials meet PO specifications.
• Communicate issues with materials, damages, or inconsistencies to the project team.
• Lead safety, health, and environmental quality compliance on site.
