Job summary

Gilbane Building seeks a Senior Project Manager to serve as the on-site Gilbane manager for a large or multiple complex construction projects in the Chicago area. Creates and manages a project-specific quality plan aligned with contract documents.
Leads the development of the project estimate and coordinating teams.
Leads constructability reviews and CPM scheduling for large projects.
Collaborates with business development to align sales strategies with projects.
