Qualifications

• Manages project controls, risk, and contract deliverables.
• Forecasts project finances and manages billing to meet contract requirements.
• Creates and manages quality and closeout plans aligned with contract documents.
• Leads project teams, subcontracting strategy, and coordination reviews.
• Develops CPM schedules and analyzes schedule risk and mitigation plans.
• Collaborates with business development to align sales strategies with project goals.
• Oversees training and career development for team members.
