Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Construction Science, Building Science or related field from an accredited university is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field and construction tasks and logistics with the contractor.
• Serve as the first line of contact for contractor activities and monitor performance against milestones.
• Develop work-around plans to mitigate conflicts or delays in coordination with other coordinators.
