Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Science, Building Science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field and construction tasks with the contractor.
• Ensure contractor activities are planned and executed safely and efficiently.
• Serve as the first line coordinator for all contractor activities.
• Monitor contractor performance against milestones and dates; identify conflicts or delays.
• Develop work-around plans with other construction coordinators to mitigate delays.
